Manufacturing of Iceberry ice cream
Today Iceberry is one of the leaders in manufacturing and sale of ice cream in Russia. We adhere to three principles in manufacturing of ice cream to support the highest quality of our products:
1: Adherence to traditions
Iceberry history roots back to ice cream manufacturing in Russia. The company has been created on the base of one of the oldest Moscow cold storage facilities – Service-Kholod company (Cold Storage Facility No. 10) and Ice Fili company Cold Storage Facility No. 8).
Maintaining continuity of manufacturing we safekeep traditional formulations of Soviet natural ice cream and improve and modernize technologies.
2: Modern technologies
Today Iceberry is a modern factory with up-to-date technologies giving an opportunity to produce more than 250 tons of ice cream of high quality a day. Fully automated production lines give an opportunity to control all stages of manufacturing of ice cream from washing of the equipment to transportation of finished products.
3: Environmental compatibility and naturalness
Selecting a place for construction of a new Iceberry factory we decided on the Vologda Region with good ecology and wonderful milk foods. There we produce ice cream using fresh milk and butter with careful control of quality of the delivered row materials cooperating with the best farms.
We have built a modern milk collecting station to shorten the way from the farm to the factory. It allows making out ice cream natural and useful to the utmost keeping all useful features of fresh milk.
Availability of modern production capacities, high quality of raw materials, multi-year traditions of ice cream production and experience of leading technologists of the industry give an opportunity to create ice cream with perfect quality and taste!
